Abstract

With this research, we intend to conduct an analysis of qualitative, to have an overview of the work of preschool education, its various programs, and conclude with an analysis of current Preschool Education Program 2011 (PEP 2011), based on the define job competencies and skills to be developed by educators to bring to the classroom. The thesis is organized in the following areas: Sorne background of preschool education in Mexico; A current research has been done on this revision. The definition of objectives, methodology based on action research, through instruments such as questionnaires, interviews, observations, taking into account the cycle of IA consisting of: plan, act, observe and reflect back the action plan. lt was designed, applied and analyze an action plan with the materials and resources to respond to the problem.
