Abstract

This Thesis focuses on Quality in Specialized Social Services in Andalusia. The This Thesis focuses on Quality in Specialized Social Services in Andalusia. The research analyzes the difficulties and limitations of application of quality management in public Administration, and specifically in the context of Social Services Specialized Andalusia. Study quality attributes Specialized Social Services that indicate quality from the perspectives of users, professionals and technicians from the assessment conducted in the area of family family placement services with a methodology that combines qualitative and quantitative elements. From the results, the Thesis provides a proposed model of quality management for Specialised Social Services for the context of Andalusia from the foundations of EFQM model, offering specific indicators and application guidelines for improving the quality of Specialized Social Services.
