FELÍU ARQUIOLA

Elena Felíu Arquiola is Full Professor at the University of Jaén (Spain). Her research focuses on Spanish morphology as well as on the relations between morphology and other components of the grammar. She is the author of the book Morfología derivativa y semántica léxica: la prefijación de auto-, co- e inter- (Madrid, UAM, 2003) and the coauthor (with Enrique Pato, U. Montréal) of the book En torno a la denominada “concordancia adverbial” en español: tres casos de variación (Madrid, CSIC, Anejos de la Revista de Filología Española, 107, 2020). She is the editor of Problemas de demarcación en morfología y sintaxis del español (Berna, Peter Lang, 2018) and of La morfología a debate (Jaén, University of Jaén, 2006). Her articles have appeared in Hispania, Linguistics, Revue de Linguistique Romane, Zeiftschrift für romanische Philologie, Yearbook of Morphology, Lingua e Liguaggio, Onomázein, Signos, Lengua y habla, Boletín de la Real Academia Española, Verba, Estudios de Lingüística, Lingüística Española Actual, Revista de Lexicografía, Español Actual, Hesperia, among others. In the literary sphere, she is the author of the following collections of poems: "Las palabras y los días" (Diputación Provincial de Soria, 2004, XIX Gerardo Diego Prize for poetry for novel authors); "Secreta arquitectura" (Diputación Provincial de Soria, 2006, XXIV Leonor Poetry Prize), "Poemas en el margen" (La Isla de Siltolá, 2015) and "Anuario" (La Isla de Siltolá, 2022).
