Abstract

The objective of the thesis is to establish positive synergies between sustainability, neuroscience, alternative sports, specifically yoga and educational inclusion in order to extrapolate the knowledge and results of this research to the educational field with the aim of improving the quality of education. The sample (1128 subjects) selected was drawn from the population of teachers and future teachers. The research design was non-experimental, using a Likert scale type instrument to collect information, which was validated in content and construct with an exploratory factor analysis. A quantitative and qualitative methodology was used. The most relevant results indicate the need to update the bases governing the current educational system in order to improve the teaching transmitted to students and, therefore, educational inclusion, among other variables. The updating and inclusion of perspectives in the educational context are based on Sustainability, Neuroscience, Alternative Sports and Educational Inclusion
