Levantamiento topográfico de la sección longitudinal de la Iglesia Catedral de Gaudix (Granada)

Abstract

The topography of the cathedral environment of guadix it’s a part of a sub-project for Andalucía and Canarias, that is under a national level project of I+D title: “Comportamiento de las Catedrales del Barroco al Neoclasicismo”, that is directed by D. Pedro Galera Andreu, University professor of History of the Art of the University of Jaén. This work has been made in two phases: a) Data collection, by means of supported technical-artistic contour sketches and technical of classic topography with technology of reading, without using a reflection prism, to solids with total stations laser, which allowed obtaining the position of points in the space relative to a compensated network of topographic bases established. b) Graphical Treatment in office, taking as it bases the orthogonal projection of the elements of factory obtained by indicated topographic means, and drawing of the ornamentals elements in the same system of projection from the made sketches and digital photographies of upper middle resolution, eliminating the deformations by means of algorithms of graphical computation.
