Resumo

Atualmente, no campo da educação, destacou-se que os alunos têm que alcançar algumas habilidades e metas que estão gerando altos níveis de estresse e ansiedade, razão pela qual os centros expressaram sua preocupação em melhorar a qualidade do processo ensino-aprendizagem, dando mais atenção aos fatores psicossociais envolvidos, sendo a inteligência emocional e os elementos essenciais da atividade física. Por esta razão, através deste trabalho, realizou-se uma revisão sistemática para conhecer o estado atual do assunto, bem como os benefícios que a prática do exercício físico traz à competência emocional, e isso, porsua vez, no campo acadêmico A Web of Science tem sido usada como banco de dados, apoiando-nos posteriormente com SCOPUS, obtendo um total de 25 artigos científicos, que posteriormente foram analisados. Chegando à conclusão de que a Inteligência emocional e a prática física esportiva, relatam aos alunos um estado de bem-estar físico, mental e acadêmico, que favorece a canalização das frustrações, bem como a facilidade ao tomar decisões ótimas antes das diferentes situações estressantes que eles têm que enfrentar diariamente, gerando um sentimento de auto-satisfação pelo seu próprio trabalho.
