Exigencia competitiva del jugador de fútbol infantil

Resumen

El objetivo del presente estudio fue analizar la exigencia en la competición de fútbol en jugadores de categoría infantil. Se seleccionaron 22 jugadores de fútbol de categoría infantil (13,23 ± 0,90 años, 52,19 ± 6,57 kg, 163,06±5,28 cm). Se analizó una competición de fútbol oficial, donde se determinó la estructura temporal (tiempo total de juego, tiempo real de juego, tiempo de descanso), la frecuencia cardiaca (FC) a lo largo del encuentro, la concentración de lactato sanguíneo ([lac]) y la percepción subjetiva de esfuerzo (RPE), en el primer y segundo tiempo. Los resultados muestran un 71% del tiempo de actividad, una FC media en torno a 161 lat·min-1, una [lac] en torno a los 3 mmol·l-1, y una RPE de 14. Se considera interesante este tipo de valoraciones para un mejor seguimiento y planificación del entrenamiento en edades en formación.
