Résumé

The aim of this study was to analyze the requirement in the competition of football players in junior category. 22 players football junior category (13.23±0.90 years, 52.19±6.57 kg, 163.06±5.28 cm)were The results show a 71% uptime, an average heart rate of 161 bpm, [lac] around 3 mmol·l-1, and RPE of 14. It is interesting to consider such assessments for better monitoring and planning training in formation ages. selected. We analyzed an official football competition andwe studied the temporal structure (total playing time, real-time play, rest time), heart rate (HR), blood lactate concentration ([lac]) and rate perception effort (RPE), during the first and second half.
