Résumé

The highly gifted students are, because of their characteristics and potentialities, a collective that needs a suitable educational answer adapted to their particular characteristics. To regulate a suitable educational solution The Educational Administration should legislate those measures, methods, aids and support which would cover their educational needs and guarantee the global right to receive a good quality education. In this article, we collect the most important courses of action included in the applicable legal rules both at the State level and the Autonomic level in our Country.
