Resumen

The olive grove has turned into one of the most significant monocultures of Andalusia. The predominant forms of farming have also important ecological effects. However there have appeared forms of managing of the resources that evolve the incorporation of methods compatible with the conservation of the environment. In this work it is explained the basis of these practices, the support that they receive and the significant that they have in the province of Jaen.
