Abstract

The Organic Law 2/2006, of May 3, of Education, about the higher arts education of Music establishes profiles of the various Superior Graduates, which must be achieved through the acquisition of transversal, general and specific determined competences, independently of the denomination that each Autonomous Community adopts for its subjects. In Spain, its subsequent regulatory developments have been hasty, and may not have made the best possible adaptation by multiple factors. In Andalusia and, in relation to the Interpretation Specialty in its Symphonic itinerary, we believe that proposing a new organization, and its optional subjects, will result in an improvement of the educational quality, more in line with what is advocated in the EHEA. The methodology used in the tasks and the type of results that have been obtained, in accordance with our objectives, is based on a non-experimental, descriptive research within the interpretive approach, and of a qualitative-quantitative nature.
