Abstract

This dissertation studies the qualification acquired faculty to participate in the virtual community of practice "Internet en el Aula" , knowing if presented to the faculty as an alternative capable of meeting their needs for lifelong learning, mediated Tutoring same as occurs in knowledge sharing taking place within it. In order to provide data to consider when organizing the new teacher training in Information Society and Knowledge , posing a virtual life-Iong learning ; This will facilitate the organization of the continuing education of current teachers. Changes are taking place in society, with the advent of Information Technology and Communication translate into changes in education. The school must give response, which requires teacher training.
