Juan Manuel Jurado received the M.Sc. degree and Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Jaén. He received the M.Sc. degree in High-Performance Computing from the University of A Coruña. He is Associate Professor in the Software Engineering Department of the University of Granada. The research interests are in modeling and rendering of complex biological systems, multi-sensorial data fusion, observation of time-varying phenomena, and physical simulations in real-world ecosystems.
