Abstract

Custom BED-formatted file listing the coordinates of the regions between primers of the 339 PotatoMASH loci in the potato genome version DM V6. Each region is defined by the first nucleotide downstream of the forward primer binding site to the last nucleotide upstream of the reverse primer binding site. This file is formatted to be used with SMAP V4 haplotype-sites.
