Abstract
The new socio-labour context, marked by the emergence of robotics and artificial intelligence (AI), represents a paradigmatic change for employment. The phenomenon of automation and digitalization of processes generates both opportunities and challenges for socio-labour inclusion and the sustainability of the Welfare State. It is a reality that technology has revolutionized the way of working, sometimes optimizing productivity and allowing the automation of repetitive tasks, but also generating a technological gap that requires constant adaptation and the need for technological training to avoid labour exclusion. This work addresses the study of new forms of gender-based employment discrimination associated with new technologies and AI, which, despite legislative advances and the implementation of anti-discrimination policies, continue to pose a challenge for the fundamental rights of working people.
