Abstract

This paper analyzes the provisional agreement announced on December 7, 2023, by the Presidency of the Council and the representatives of the European Parliament regarding the reform of the Statute of the Court of Justice. The primary objective of this agreement is to enhance the functionality of the EU Court of Justice amidst a continual rise in the number and complexity of cases presented before it.
