Resumo

Education must be the fundamental pillar of society; if education is developed in violent or aggressive environments, society will end up destroyed and in ruins. Aggressions and violence appear in all possible containers, in small words, gestures or physical acts. In short, violence is a human being's own initiative, but it is only people who can change and improve their state of mind to be more tolerant and achieve a pleasant life. This thesis shows the dependence between the educational and family system and that aggressions occur at all times and have even been normalized in certain contexts and although social and educational processes have forced the transformation of traditional educational practices in certain communities, it is the set of these actions that reveal the urgency of a real transformation in the school and non-school educational processes that govern minors. The sample with which we worked consisted of 900 students between the ages of 8 and 18, who carry out their daily activities in the rural and urban areas of the Ecuadorian coast and who receive their academic education in public institutions. The group of legal representatives is made up of 200 people, with whom we tried to diagnose clearly whether or not the minors are assaulted, but essentially whether the children perceive acts of violence in a normalized way. Based on the study, a coexistence plan is proposed as a basic tool that will help reduce the negative effects on an infant, the development in aggressive or violent environments, being its purpose to help transform the lives of learners, as well as trying to improve family environments. The results of an unstable environment, which humanity has faced with the pandemic caused by Covid-19, is the logical outcome that is affecting many people. However, implementing the proposed plan can effectively improve outcomes
