Resum

The main purpose of this thesis was to investigate the relationship between teachers' and principals' perceptions of leadership style and their skills. Secondly, this research examines the differences in the perceptions of these leadership skills of teachers and principals according to sociodemographic variables. For this, a quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional and ex post facto study is carried out in a sample of 18 schools in the Bedouin sector of Israel, considering 18 directors and 151 teachers. As main results, an improvement in the leadership skills of the directors was observed with the years of experience, among which were decision-making, organization and planning skills or critical judgment. In addition, it can be determined that the teachers' perception of the directors was that they were charismatic, educated, and that they developed transactional and democratic leadership in most cases.
