Determinación del perfil psicosocial, conductual y educativo en el practicante de deportes de combate

Zusammenfassung

The presented thesis focuses on the psychosocial profile of athletes practicing combat sports and martial arts, as well as aspects of healthy living such as training hours, injuries, and adherence to the Mediterranean diet. The different results of this work show the relationships obtained between the variables, which were published in different articles. It was found that various parameters such as participants' gender, training hours, time since retirement from practicing different combat sports and martial arts, as well as the duration of retirement, influenced the motivational and resilience parameters of the athletes.
