Zusammenfassung

Delphinium fissum subsp. sordidum is an endemic plant to the Iberian Peninsula with a disjunt population in Sierra Mágina, the population under study. It is a threatened subspecies included in various Lists and Red Books and in the Natural Park in Sierra Mágina it is in a precarious state. Three fundamental aspects are discussed to advance in the knowledge of its conservation status in Sierra Mágina, its demography, its reproductive biology and its habitat, with niche models. The results suggest that the taxon in Sierra Mágina is not in such a precarious state of conservation compared to the information available before the completion of this doctoral report. Despite supporting domestic and wild cattle, which is the main threat to the subspecies in Sierra Mágina, it is proposed to continue with the current threat category according to the UICN, Vulnerable.
