Resumo
Royal Decree-Law 7/2023 of December 19, among other reforms, has carried out a very relevant, although not everything that should be, of the legal regime for unemployment assistance subsidy. This study carries out a detailed analysis of the most relevant developments, with a presentation of the changes and critical analysis, in order to verify their virtues and defects.
