Zusammenfassung
The paper is a reflection on teachers and especially on what their initial training must be in the forthcoming in the forthcoming plans for teacher's schools, taking into account what was outlined in the Grupo XV's report and the Council of Universities' proposal. The debate in university schools brought about by the ministry itself is referred to, as well as the resolutions agreed upon by most of the teaching staff in those schools. The latter is finally contrasted with a reference to the recently approved training schemes.
