The cross-border nature of electronic contracts with non-negotiated clauses may have certain legal consequences for the recipient that he or she is not always aware of. This work addresses the issue of the regulation of the control of incorporation and transparency of the general conditions of contracting in international electronic contracts and how possible contradictions arising from the different sources of private international law can be resolved, where appropriate. to provide legal security in this type of contractual relationships through the consideration as mandatory norms of certain precepts of Law 7/1998 on general contracting conditions.
