Zusammenfassung
The article ponders about the relevance of online diffusion, through social networks, of research, work and information related to conservation-restoration, as a menas to promote the teaching of this subject in society, making it a participant and accomplice of our professional skills. In this way, it is possible to create awareness about the importance of the conservation of cultural heritage, and to denounce the malpractice, among other issues, resulting from professional intrusion. As a practical case, a strategic action plan is presented, including the analysis of its results, for the contents of the restoration laboratory in the Museu de Prehistòria de valència on the museum's social networks (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram), in order to establish some conclusions about the potential of these platforms as outreach tools.
