Abstract
The internal quality assurance system foundation of the follow-up process of official titles in the UJI is tackled in works; the use of the results of customer and people satisfaction evaluation process; and the Degree in Translation and Interpretation¿s charter of services. The conferences, which were organised by the Universitat Jaume I together with the Club de Excelencia en Gestión, took place during 29 and 30 November 2012 with the presence of the ANECA¿s manager, Rafael van Grieken.
