In 2005, Dr. Cano Ortiz conducted a study on ten plant associations in the province of Jaen and Córdoba, between 2017 and 2018 these plots are sampled and the results obtained are compared with those of 2005. In addition, bioclimatology is studied of the zones, to classify the different varieties of olive grove in their optimum, we also work on the different soil management used in the plots, herbicides used and edaphic samples are made that are also compared with the results of 2005. From the present investigation, the limits of bioclimatic tolerance are established for the main olive varieties. The disappearance of associations is verified and in some cases the transformation, a decrease in biodiversity is verified, translated into poor vegetation coverage of the soils, very compacted soils, erosion problems and all this linked to poor soil management in plots.
