Resumen

This research aims to analyze the attitudes of cadets and teachers, as well as digital skills in order to detect training needs, to propose a training program. The methodology is based on a mixed-type approach, applying the evaluative research model. For data collection, the SPSS v.26 and AT-LAS.ti 8 software were used. 500 cadets and 127 teachers belonging to ANAPOL (National Police Academy, Bolivia) were surveyed. The statistical techniques applied have been descriptive analysis, multivariate analysis, correlations and content analysis. Four Likert-type summative scales and two open questionnaires were used for data collection. The results show that there is a favorable attitude towards technologies, as well as an insufficient level of digital skills, which reflects similar results with the studies consulted. It invites you to reflect on the need to apply an ad hoc program for improvement.
