Resumen

Executive functions and quality of life may be associated with the lifestyle of schoolchildren. The main objective of the thesis was to determine the association between lifestyle (levels of physical activity, decreased screen time and good eating habits), anthropometric measures and physical condition with executive functions and quality of life related to health in Chilean schoolchildren. A healthy lifestyle was positively associated with executive functions and quality of life in schoolchildren. The promotion of a healthy lifestyle at school should be a priority of educational policies, due to the multiple cost-effective benefits that they can cause in schoolchildren at the cognitive level, subjective well-being and health in general.
