Abstract
The research presents as objective the analysis of sustainability from its social, economic and ecological components because it is considered that these should be the north for organizations at a global level, beyond their main economic activity, for this purpose, it is taken as reference the case study of urban transport companies, and for which, these organizations must be governed to be considered sustainable and socially responsible as a corporation, in order to generate positive changes in these edges for the environment in which they operate and society in general, which makes the company object of study a point of reference, this pointing towards a global change in the organizations of the sector and their contributions to global sustainability. Methodologically, the research develops the case study technique to give solidity to the qualitative-analytical approach, by means of which it was possible to break down these edges and generate results aimed at deepening the appropriation by these companies in terms of sustainability and responsibility. social enterprise, the results denote a commitment on the part of the organization towards these initiatives, where the development of projects that generate change are the fundamental basis to impact socially, economically and environmentally the communities to which they belong, therefore, it is concluded that for the purposes of the management model, the company clearly opts for a three-dimensional model that combines the social, ecological and economic aspects.
