Revisión sistemática de cuestionarios de actividad física en personas mayores de 65 años

Resumen

La práctica de actividad física en la población mayor de 65 años es una preocupación que está en aumento en distintos países. El objetivo del presente trabajo consiste en la realización de una revisión sistemática de los cuestionarios de medida de la AF y movilidad, que incluyan a esta población. Para llevar a cabo esta revisión se ha seguido la Declaración PRISMA. Los criterios de inclusión que se han fijado son: (1) Artículos cuya muestra incluyera a personas mayores de 65 años; (2) Investigaciones que hicieran uso de cuestionarios validados y/o utilizados en estudios españoles para el análisis de la AF; (3) Estudios cuyos sujetos no padeciesen ninguna patología. Se han buscado las palabras clave: “physical activity”, “questionnaire” y “senior citizen” en las bases de datos Web of Science y PUBMED. Se ha encontrado un total de 17 trabajos que componen la muestra del presente estudio. Los resultados concluyen que los cuestionarios más utilizados son IPAQ, CHAMPS y PASE.
