Laburpena

The work investigation searches the graphic reconstruction of the old oil olive industries and the evolution from 1850 to 1950. The investigation will study the progress on the systems extraction and their improvement in the efficiency. The history of the almazaras is the history of the industrial evolution and the improvements of the human people. The changes in this industry during that century are bigger than in the twenty-five centuries before. The work presents a previous summary bibliographical and study of the almazaras from that time. We made the generation of plans from machines pieces and existent implements in the almazaras. Subsequently the treatment animation though techniques CAD of this graphic information will be carried out. The graphic analysis of the different machines that belong to the productive process, such as mill, oil press, deposit of decant and storage, will lead us at settle down the improvements who was taken place in order to increase his productive capacity and the efficiency. We will conclude with the reconstruction and the graphic animation in 3D of the historic evolution. Analysing the improvements in their capacity of extraction, humility and quality of the produced oils olive.
