“The People Themselves”Sobre el constitucionalismo popular y su implementación

Resumen

En este artículo se abordan, por un lado, los principales argumentos que esgrimen los proponentes del constitucionalismo popular para reivindicar que sea la ciudadanía de forma colectiva quien ostente la máxima autoridad a la hora de resolver desacuerdos en relación a la interpretación de la constitución y, por otro, algunos de los procedimientos esbozados por la doctrina para implementar en la práctica el constitucionalismo popular
