Zusammenfassung

The purpose of this research is to provide a set of criteria and quality indicators derived from a literature review and analysis of documents, theoretical approaches , guidelines and evaluation strategies that have been introduced , enabling them to develop and organize processes of quality assessment education in schools Extended School Day .The methodology is inserted into a joint study in which qualitative and quantitative methods are combined and the most significant phenomena of research seeking understanding of educational problems arising in the institutions , in the short, medium and long term are revealed. The techniques used were surveys, interviews and focus groups, the data were analyzed considering categories derived from the classification of the information collected product literature review , considering the dimensions and categories considered : a) Organization b) Planning, c ) quality , d ) training e) communication and analysis on quality evaluation in institutional management in schools where they could demonstrate the existence of different forms, methods and strategies to address evaluation processes in the institution focusing repeatedly that the directors of the schools focus more on the evaluation measurement of students learning, considering most criteria and indicators to undertake relevant assessment processes. In that order were derived to be presented in this study , nine ( 09) criteria relating to organization , six ( 06) criteria to planning, nine ( 09) criteria to quality, seven ( 07) criteria to training and nine (9) criteria related to communication . These criteria will serve as a model to guide the processes of quality assessment in educational institutions.
