Resumo

Using data from Schwartz’s values scale and questions about trust both included in theWorldValues Survey (WVS), the aim of this paper is to explore whether employees and entrepreneurs differ in the values that guide them, and their trust level. The focus is global analyzing data from 59 countries. Due to the fact that countries are not homogeneous in their values, a cluster analysis is conducted. The results suggest that for each group of countries some values are more associated with trust.
