The Franciscan presence in Baeza was of prime importance, most notably thefemale monasteries of San Antonio. Located in the city of El Ejido is one of the most unknownmonasteries in spite it is still active today. With this work we try to clarify some facts aboutits creation and to show the rich patrimony, especially through a unique architecture thatmaterialize the preconciliar conventual models.
