Resumen

Los beneficios que los programas de ejercicio físico terapéutico (PEFT) provocan sobre patologías crónicas han ayudado a la integración de estos en la comunidad. Objetivo: Evaluar la implantación de los PEFT en la comunidad y evaluar su eficacia en una muestra aleatoria. Material y Método: Seguimiento durante 4 años de distintos PEFT, análisis de la evolución anual en número. 92 sujetos completaron un Programa Comunitario de Ejercicio Físico de dos meses de duración. Pre y post intervención los sujetos cumplimentaron distintos Cuestionarios para evaluar el estado general de salud física y mental (EGSF y EGSM), dolor, calidad de vida (CV y CV-EVA) y capacidad funcional (CF). Se estudió la distribución normal de la muestra y se compararon las medias pre�post intervención. Resultados: El grupo que realizó una intervención mediante Actividad acuática terapéutica (AT) muestra en los resultados mejoras significativas en CV, CV-EVA, CF y EVA. Los pacientes intervenidos mediante EFT, mostraron mejoras significativas en los resultados de las variables CV-EVA, CF y EVA.
