Abstract
In this paper we analyse the potential of lesson study as a generator of opportunities for thedevelopment of future teachers’ praxeological equipment. Lesson Study is reinterpreted as apraxeology of the teaching profession, which, in our case, is linked to the epistemological anddidactic model of the Theory of Didactical Situations. We analyse the professional activity of agroup of Early Childhood Education prospective teachers using a case study methodology, whichallows us to interpret how the Lesson Study device contributes to the development of theirprofessional knowledge.
