Abstract
The pandemic generated by Covid–19 and its worldwide expansion have generated a series of legal provisions on the part of the States that in certain cases are restricting individual freedoms. With the logical respect that should be had to the sanitary measures to fight against the pathogen, this should not suppose a free way for certain governments to exceed the control of the population and violate certain rights.
