Resumen

La infografía en las redes sociales, presenta propuestas más elaboradas que el texto simple. En este estudio analizamos los patrones generales de los mensajes infográficos que figuran en Twitter para determinar sus características principales. Posteriormente, realizamos un test para comparar las diferencias de aprendizaje cuando los jóvenes utilizan infografías en lugar de texto como fuente de información. Los resultados sugieren que las infografías son más efectivas que el texto para el aprendizaje digital, pero un análisis de los subgrupos de edad y género muestra que esta efectividad sólo era estadísticamente significativa para personas mayores.
