Abstract
With this research, we want to show up the results obtained by personal staff of the University of Granada from a research project inside an interdisciplinary framework. Our original goal was to evaluate the effects and factors that we established by the so-called “digital gap" among the citizens. In addition, we analyze the initiatives carried out by different public Administrations to be able, if it is not possible close it, to minimize it as far as we can.
