In this material, the positive regulation is of multidisciplinary character, covers the civillaw, mercantile law, process law, etc., in conclusion, the process and material succession and the part of changes add a high dose of difficult and legal insecurity, that incites in a transgression of principies and rights united at the change of part in the labour and social security relationships (substantives and procedurals).
