The Social Security Law is not ahuman creation, in the animal kingdom there are rules for forecast and escape of damages (or contingency). The difference between the human Social Security law and the anírnals rules, are the bigger complexity and deep of the human intellectual reasoning. In the human, Social Security Law is a live law, beca use the rules are born, keep valid and abolish. With the purpose of explain this law dynamics, has been used the logic and more precisely a syllogism simple and complex with a temporal variable that include the three dimensions of law (sociological, principie and structural).
