Abstract
The petition appeal and the ordinary cassation appeal are an extraordinary way of Impugnation to reach the functions of isolation. knowledge and resolution of labour litigations. The cassation appeal to unification doctrine as well as reach the functions of the ius litigatoris. respects. likewise, the requirements of ius constitution IS which are creation, keeping or breaking the jurisprudence in the labour law. A static and dynamique jurisprudence that explains with a process syllogism. exposed to describe through the logic, differents aspects of the labour process, a purpose to hope to extend the interest of this work.
