Abstract
ldentifying students' errors seems an easier task for teachers than tracing their causes. Errors have a most important role as ponters revealing the hardships students go through when faced with the task of structuring knowledge. Mathematics didactics is keen on studying such errors when they become systematic and persistent. The obstacles theory. The paper tries to show the concept of obstacle in the process of teacyhing-learning Mathematics.
