The place of compliance with the court's labour judgment is a question that relates closely to to the fundamental right to proper legal protection from the courts and to the principle of legal continuity in the space. A labour decision or judgment can contain three types of obligations whose place of compliance could be the State of origin, abroad or in any place for being generic obligations; therefore, it is necessary to determine the place of accomplishing with the sentence for the purpose of a later process of internal execution, acknowledgment and/or execution of the sentence abroad, etc. In the coming pagesa "preliminary» study will be sketched on this matter starting from a multidisciplinary approach of National and Comparative Law that could be used as a guide for the legal practitioners who deal with the phenomenon of the international labour litigation.
