Cuestiones jurídicas relacionadas con el estatuto jurídico del astronauta en el marco de las naciones unidas y de la estación espacial internacional.

Resumen
Análisis de la regulación que tanto en el marco de las Naciones Unidas como en el Acuerdo Intergubernamental que regula la Estación Espacial Internacional se realiza del astronauta y comparación con otras figuras, como son los miembros de la tripulación o el turista espacial, que carecen de las características necesarias para obtener la calificación jurídica de astronauta.
