Resumen

Análisis de la regulación que tanto en el marco de las Naciones Unidas como en el Acuerdo Intergubernamental que regula la Estación Espacial Internacional se realiza del astronauta y comparación con otras figuras, como son los miembros de la tripulación o el turista espacial, que carecen de las características necesarias para obtener la calificación jurídica de astronauta.
