Abstract
The reality of conflict is present in our classrooms today. This obliges us to reflect on our educational settings and to consider our objectives, methodologies and motivations in our schools. In this article an overview is offered on how this reality is perceived from the perspectives of the Teachers Centre in Jaen, from the author`s perspective as a Professional Advisor responsible for this area. A series of short excerpts from relevant books are presented to help our reflections and work with students.
