Resumen
Art auction in the 1700s was primarily prolific. If only we revise the clergy, aristocracy and monarchy inventories, we realice the importance that textiles had in their colections; which indicates that are very appreciated goods and with great value. The great demand of them generated a number of manufactures which competed for the most requested textiles, not just at a national level, but also in the international one. Even though it was not easy to vie with the french manufactures and some other italian, there were also spanish silk industry centres which obtained to gain a huge clientele at the moment.
