Abstract

The many possibilities that ICT offerd to improve education and Educational practice implies, once again, a need to change the methodology in wich the class develops. Methodological changes that are given by the need to place the student at the center of their own learning and, this way, make teaching a more motivating activity for students. The development of Physical Education lessons have not always been welcomed enthusiastically by all students, but rather for some it supposed them a dull and boring practice. Therefore, in this communication we present a didactic proposal know as exergaming (exercise and game) to complement the Physical Education lessons, so that it should enhance and improve the motivation that the practice of exercise will raises the students, contributing to the improving the health of them.
