Abstract
The elimination of barriers and the globalization have had an impact at the local level too. A good example is the installation of infrastructures for an adequate development of the services that the so-called information society entails. At present, some controversial issues have arisen regarding the regulatory ordinances on this matter, which impose limitations on the aforementioned facility. Although the sectoral legislation and the jurisprudence of the different Courts have contributed to its delimitation and application, new conflicts have recently arisen as such restrictions may impede the exercise of this economic activity.
